BASED ON A 200 PERSON EVENT

PER PERSON PACKAGE

Client is responsible for the purchase of alcohol. A $500 minimum contract will be strictly enforced. Gratuity not included. Additional Add-on Services may be included at contract signing or up to 2 weeks before the Event date. To lock down services a 50% deposit and singed contract will be required. This quote is valid for 30 days. This is a quote for a party of 200 people and prices will be subject to change depending on the number of guests depicted at the 30 days before event mark.

BAR LABOR

$35 PER HOUR PER BARTENDER

Bartenders: 2 - 7 Hours of Bartending Service with 1 bartender for every 50 people attending event.

Includes setup/takedown at one bar location, chilling tubs for non- alcoholic beverages.

Additional bar locations: Setup, management and takedown of additional bar locations. Includes additional setups. First location included in standard package.

$2.00 PER MILE

Staff Travel Fee: *Required when booking more than 20 miles from Lakewood Colorado.

First 20 miles included, $2.00 per mile thereafter (one way).

Choose up to 4: Limes, Lemons, Cherries, Olives, Oranges, Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Cucumbers, Rosemary, Mint, Basil, Thyme or anything else requested.

Choose up to 5 - Soda Water, Tonic Water, Ginger Ale, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Cranberry, OJ, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemonade, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup.

ICE/DELIVERY/STORAGE

$.60 PER GUEST

Includes up to 2lbs of ice per guest, also varies based on seasonality.
